  • Is Delta 8 THC legal?
Federally, yes. Thanks to Section 10113 of the 2018 Farm Bill, any and all Hemp derivatives that contain 0.3% or less of Delta 9 THC are legal on the federal level in the United States. However, certain states have elected to put a ban on Delta 8 products in their own jurisdictions. These states include: Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Kentucky, Idaho, Iowa, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Washington. Be sure to stay up to date on your local and State laws.
  • How old do I have to be to buy Delta 8 products?
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase Delta 8 THC products.
  • Will Delta 8 THC show up on a drug test?
It is very likely that Delta 8 THC will show up positive on a drug test that is looking for Delta 9 THC. Most standard drug tests don't actually test for the presence of a drug, but for the metabolites that they create in your system. Delta 8 when processed by your body can produce the same metabolites as Delta 9.
  • Can Delta 8 THC get you high?
That is the question many people are asking and wondering. The shortest way to answer that question is, yes. Delta 8 THC binds with the same CB1 and CB2 receptors inside of the brain that Delta 9 THC also interacts with. While Delta 8 THC is less potent than Delta 9 THC, it still creates a euphoric feeling and altered state of mind. Due to the more mild nature of Delta 8 THC, many users report feeling less anxiety and more alertness when consuming Delta 8 products versus Delta 9 products.
  • So it's legal, that means I can use Delta 8 THC while I drive, right?"
Absolutely not. Delta 8 THC is a mind altering substance and should not under any circumstances be used when driving or operating heavy machinery. You can receive a DUI when driving under the influence of any substance, including Delta 8 THC. Please use your Delta 8 THC products responsibly.
  • How will my purchase show up on my bank statement?
Your purchase will show up as processed by The Hemp Corner, LLC.
  • My neighbors are nosey, do you have discreet shipping?"
Your products will arrive to you in a plain brown cardboard box, addresed from Item 8. There will be no indication as to the specific contents of your shipment on the packaging.
